Please follow the steps word for word and please bear with me okay? Now, let us proceed.

There are two ways to make your own private server, the easy way and the not-so-easy way. Well, it's not that hard, it just takes a long time to setup if you choose the latter one.

What is the difference between the two you say? There are lots of difference between the two. One of them is security. Since the easy way uses "notepad" or TXT as it's database, information stored in it is not that secure compared to the sql database which is used by the not-so-easy way method. You can create your own control panel using not-so-easy way but not in easy way. Some scripts are only applicable when using a sql based database.

EASY WAY

NOTE: This premade server is made using eathena trunk txt version. If you don't want to use this one, feel free to download other server compilation (txt version) in [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] but make sure you have your own data folder. It's easier to use beginner eathena because all the needed files are already provided.

What You Need:

A. Updated ragnarok online client. (You can use either pRO or ragray)

Note: For those who are not familiar with 7z files, use 7zip archiver to extract the files. If you don't have one, click here to download it.

What To Do:

Just Paste it in ragnarok online root folder. Run STARTSERVER.bat And Double Click Play.exe. in [x] 3ceam folder.

To use the GM Account provided, type in:

Username: admin
Password: password

To use the normal player provided, type in:

Username: player
Password: password

And you're done. Feel free to comment or ask questions.

SA MGA NAKAKARANAS NG PABALIK-BALIK NA SETUP AFTER INSTALLATION NG RAGRAY or pRO

1. Run your kRO patcher or pRO patcher then wait for the patching to finish.
2. After patching, "start game" button should appear on the patcher.
3. Click start game.
4. Wait for the game to load until the login screen.
5. Close the game.
6. Run play.exe

*setup windows should not pop up once you run play.exe
